By accessing and using https://www.myfolios.in ("Myfolios", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Myfolios is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor operated by Atul Shrivastava under ARN: 145870. We facilitate purchase, redemption, and portfolio management of mutual fund schemes via BSE StAR MF / NSE NMF-II platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident Indian (or NRI with valid KYC), and have legal capacity to enter contracts to use our services. Submission of false information may result in termination and legal action.

3. Services Offered

  • Mutual fund distribution (regular plans, SIPs, lumpsum).
  • Online calculators, analysis tools, NAV lookup, fund comparison.
  • Personalized advisory based on your risk profile and goals.
  • Paperless KYC, folio servicing, nomination updates.

4. No Investment Advisory (SEBI RIA) Status

Important: Myfolios is a Mutual Fund Distributor and NOT a SEBI-Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). All recommendations are general in nature and based on publicly available information. For personalized investment advice subject to SEBI RIA regulations, please consult a SEBI-registered advisor.

5. Market Risks & No Guarantee of Returns

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results. NAV can fluctuate up or down based on market conditions. We do not guarantee any returns on any investment.

6. Commission Disclosure

As an AMFI distributor, we earn trail commission from the AMCs whose schemes you invest in via us. These commissions are built into the expense ratio of regular plans and are disclosed in every scheme document. Switching to direct plans is always your right.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Provide accurate KYC and bank information.
  • Read the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) before investing.
  • Report unauthorized transactions within 24 hours.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, tools, calculators, and code on https://www.myfolios.in are the property of Myfolios and protected under Indian copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Myfolios shall not be liable for investment losses, API downtimes, third-party errors (AMCs, RTAs, payment gateways), or force-majeure events. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the commission earned from your last transaction with us.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myfolios, its founder, employees, and partners against any claims arising from your misuse of services or violation of these terms.

11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion first, then SEBI SCORES / AMFI grievance mechanism, and finally through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms or are suspected of fraud, money laundering, or regulatory violations.

13. Changes

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
